Baby Boomer Club Membership Application Form for NEW MEMBERS
In order to be a member, the Club requires that an individual (or one of the spouses/partners) be born between 1946 and 1964.  Villages ID card and Driver's License is required.

New membership costs $10 per person.

You may complete the application form below. 
 Please plan on attending the next Boomer Club meeting in order to complete the application process - showing ID and paying dues.  YOU CAN NOT JOIN BY SENDING A CHECK IN THE MAIL.
